Use 500g- 1kg Himalayan Pink Salts and 10 drops of Lavender essential oils to a hot bath in the evening to detox and relax. Bath for at least 20 minutes. This is a perfect way to prepare yourself for the week ahead
The lavender will promote relaxation and help sleep, the salts will draw out toxins from the body, and can support weight loss and balancing hormones. I try and do one of these baths weekly. It's a great way to get a little 'me' time whilst benefitting your skin, mental and physical wellbeing.
